Lately working on

Kinetic model—Neural-embedded Bayesian kinetic description of C. autoethanogenum. Bayesian RNA ICA—Bayesian generative model of RNAseq, multi-omics and multi-strain. SSL—Self-Supervised Learning of biological sequences with vision transformers.

About me

During my PhD, I worked in bacterial carbon capture with Bayesian Models, ML and SSL..

I am based in Germany, open to work anywhere in the world, with preference in Europe. I like oyakodon and Romanian contemporary poetry.
